Nexsys Sponsors 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic
When we talk about “green” at Nexsys Technologies®, we’re usually referring to the paper and energy use that our digital platforms can save. But we’ve had a different kind of green on our minds lately – the kind you find on the links.
Nexsys, and its sister company Amrock, LLC, were proud sponsors of the 2021 Rocket Mortgage Classic golf tournament, held at the Detroit Golf Club June 28 through July 4. Along with a week of outstanding golf, we enjoyed warm Michigan weather and the return of the gallery, which was cancelled last year due to COVID-19 restrictions. Some of the Nexsys team members and their guests enjoyed the tournament firsthand at the 18th green, (quietly) cheering on the players as they vied for the trophy. Cam Davis earned the win and his first-ever PGA TOUR® title in a five-hole playoff against Troy Merritt.

Sure, Nexsys is all about finding ways to make digital and remote business transactions easier. But some things, like watching a great round of pro golf on a summer day, are just better in person.”
About the Rocket Mortgage Classic
The Rocket Mortgage Classic made history in 2019 as the first PGA TOUR tournament ever held in the city of Detroit. Embodying the spirit of the city, the week-long event features great entertainment, cuisine and social activities on and off the course. The impact of the tournament extends far beyond the week’s festivities, as funds raised benefit several local non-profit organizations.
