Meet our winners:
Cheri Lines is our Vice President of Technology Services, responsible for developing our groundbreaking software and leading the teams streamlining the closing process. She’s won several awards and demonstrated Nexsys products at real estate conferences across the country. Cheri is integral to the development and execution of our initiatives that make the mortgage and title processes easier for everyone.

Renee Alberty is our General Counsel, ensuring compliance guidelines are followed across all Nexsys teams. She’s a mortgage industry legal expert in many areas, from transactional practice to cybersecurity. Renee also serves on the Mortgage Bankers Association, American Land Title Association Best Practice Task Force Committee and is involved in the Electronic Signature and Records Association.  Her insight is vital to understanding compliance requirements for all our patented products.

The Award

The HousingWire Women of Influence award highlights extraordinary women who lead and leave an impact in the housing industry through the areas of technology, marketing, compliance, economics, operations and business development. In this 8th annual list, winners were chosen based on accomplishments in the past year and their influence within their company and community. Those selected went above and beyond expectations through volunteering, panel presentations, publications and mentoring opportunities. This year, every sector of the housing industry was represented, from mortgage lending to real estate.
